Robert V. Berthold III joined Berthold Law Firm in 2009. His emphasis is on automobile accidents, trucking accidents, industrial accidents, insurance litigation, and medical malpractice. He has successfully negotiated many insurance settlements on the behalf of injured plaintiffs.
Mr. Berthold completed his undergraduate education at the University of Kentucky in 2004, where he graduated cum laude, receiving degrees in Economics and Marketing. He returned to West Virginia, and in 2009 received his law degree and a Masters of Business Administration from West Virginia University. Mr. Berthold was admitted to practice law in 2009.
Mr. Berthold is admitted to practice in all of the Circuit Courts in West Virginia, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
