Matthew Berthold

Matthew represents victims and their families throughout all of West Virginia and enjoys litigating cases both large and small. He is passionate about fighting for every client no matter the size of the case to ensure that they are treated fairly and with respect. Matthew C. Berthold completed his undergraduate education at the University of Kentucky and prior to beginning law school, Matthew worked for the Los Angeles Clippers in their Communications Department. During his time with the Clippers, Matthew worked closely with the Clippers Vice President of Communications, as well as the Los Angeles Media, on a variety of team and media relations and publications. After working in Los Angeles, Matthew went on to the West Virginia University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate degree. Matthew C. Berthold is admitted to practice in all of the Circuit Courts in West Virginia, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
